New at Lush - Colour Supplements & Serum Bars (Saving Face/Full of Grace)

Had dropped by to Lush to pick up my shampoo-conditioner. Saw the new Colour Supplements and the serum bars there. Here's a quick look at them - will review later :-)

This is Colour Supplements - I got Dark Yellow. Comes in a small glass jar..and from what I tried of it, it spreads easily enough. Meant to be used mixed with moisturizer as a tint or straight for more coverage.  Check my review on the Lush Colour Supplements here.

There are four shades - Dark Yellow, Light Yellow, Dark Pink, and Light Pink.  Cost: Rs. 925/20g  These are the swatches:

L to R: Dark yellow, light yellow, dark pink, and light pink.
There is just very slight difference between the yellows - dark pink is kind of obviously darker. I picked Dark Yellow for myself, though between the two yellows on my face, there was no difference that I could figure out.

These are the two serum bars:

A pale pinkish one - Full of Grace serum bar. According to the SA this is for drier/sensitive skin. I am guessing if you are looking for some antiaging benefits this would be the one.

This pale green one is Saving Face. Meant for oilier skins, so I bought this one. Have used it twice now..and for something that lists butters in its ingredients list, it didn't make my face any oilier!!  Cost: Rs. 880/20g.    Review of Lush Saving Face Serum bar here :-)

  4. Anamika - I have dry hair - normal scalp. I use I Love Juicy (meant for oily hair - but I oil my hair before a wash) and Retread conditioner (http://myweekendramblings.blogspot.com/2010/04/lush-retread.html).
