An instant CHANEL classic, this ultra-fine powder eyeshadow is sensuous in feel, foolproof in its application, and fabulous in its range of matte, satin and shimmer finishes. The versatile formula can be applied dry for subtle shading, or dampened for more intense colour -- and the complementary shades can be blended with one another to lighten or deepen tone.
The eyeshadow comes packaged in a small black case with a velvet pouch. This is the typical packaging for the Chanel powder products, and this one is the cutest because of its small size. Inside is the eyeshadow and a sponge-tip applicator. There is a mirror on one side of the case, is big enough to use in an emergency, but because the case itself is very small, the mirror really is not very big. There is a transparent plastic separator to cover the eyeshadow, and I have left it on because it keeps the powder from spreading on the mirror.

Vert Khaki is a brown-green colour with specks of gold. The shimmer particles cannot be seen separately though, its like a molten green-gold but in powder form. Sighhhh I can never describe the colour...its beautiful..just go swipe it at the Chanel counter!

ReplyDeleteI thought so too..it would look great on anyone :D Chanel prices are very ouchy ouchy :-(( I think MAC has a kind of similar - Sumptuous Olive - which might be a bit more easy on the pocket.

This is such a wow shade Rads!....Wish you could have shown your eyes wearing this!! :-)...And considering the fact that it is from Chanel, I guess the price is something that can be expected.
