The Convenient and the Conventional: Lakme Jewel Sindoor

Lakme Jewel Sindoor

lakme sindoor silver red dibbi dabba traditional indian bindi married woman

Lakme is a brand of hits and misses, but I think this is one product which would definitely be their big hit. The packaging resembles a regular gloss, complete with the very convenient, spongetip applicator. Absolutely mess-free.  The colour is red with some very pretty golden shimmer specks in it and can be used either as sindoor or for a bindi.

Cost: Rs. 99And my traditional sindoor dabba has remained safely tucked away ever since...
