Thorough cleansing with long-lasting oil-control for the deepest feeling clean.
The product is a white cream, definitely not one of those runny cleansers, and foams well with a soft lather.
Easy to wash off and leaves the skin oil-free. I love that it takes off every bit of dirt, and it does not leave any slippery residue that I would have to wash forever to take off. However, I do have oily-combination skin, and it seems a bit drying to me.
My experience with the product: It does what it says - leaves skin clean, oil-free, and the does control the oiliness. Best suited for oilier skins, in my opinion, and can be drying if you have normal skin. Oily-skin girls looking for a good face wash, do give this a try.
Cost: Rs. 85/50 g. This is available in a larger size as well, which the SA said is more economical, but I am unsure of the price of that.

i love foaming cleanser, :)
ReplyDeletefoaming cleanser are specially for oily skin only. i too used it and very satisfied. but somewhere i feel it makes skin dry in winters so at present i'm using Neutrogena Extra Gentle cleanser.
ReplyDeleteThis is cheap too...quite on par with other brands.. whereas other neutrogena products (I use sunblock and oil free moist.) are priced a bit above similar products from other comparable brands..
ReplyDeleteHii Rentu..ya same here, I don't like the milky cleansers..well I guess they really aren't meant for my skin kind :D
ReplyDeletePrerna - so true..does seem a bit drying..How is the gentle cleanser? I didn't get it thinking it might be too mild :)
Hii Rajeshwari..How is the sunblock? I wanted to try it just because they had a small-size tube :D
ReplyDeleteIts thar Ultra sheer SPF 50, I bought it because its dry touch, has matt finish, in summers not oily but has a shine which of course one can wipe off..
ReplyDeleteWell..I guess I will just buy the small tube to try out. I think most sunblocks give that shiny look, don't they. I don't really mind it much and goes off after a while anyway..
ReplyDeleteI found it a bit drying on my combination skin... but I love their deep clean gentle scrub :D try the sunblock, it's not my HG but it's not bad either :)
ReplyDeleteI remember you telling the scrub is good before too :) :) I keep searching for smaller size tubes to try out for the first time and never found it. I don't like buying big sizes because I just can't throw something away almost unused if it doesn't suit me :(
ReplyDeleteI am pretty happy with it i beleive its the best dry finish sunblock, mostly I use it when I have to go out in sun, otherwise indoors I use either Neutrogema oil free moist. spf 15 or Avon solutions day cream spf 20 or biotique redwood tm spf 30..
ReplyDeleteBiotique seems to get quite a lot of mixed reviews - do you find it greasy? I read a lot of reviews saying it's greasy..or did I just mix up the products ..confooosed!!!
ReplyDeleteYes Biotique is greasy, this tM i use in winters only and that redwood sunscreen is super greasy too...
ReplyDeleteOh good idea using it in the winters then :)
ReplyDeleteNeutrogena SPF 50 sunscreen is really the only one that I like...never is oily...goes on matte in winters and not too bothersome even in summers...Most importantly no ghost look after application..my oily and acne prone skin(which is normal in winters) can tolerate it..
ReplyDeleteI have found small sizes of both in delhi, but in chennai I can't find either :(
ReplyDeleteHahahaaaa ghost like application!!! :D
ReplyDeleteMe too searching..I do my usual shopping in a mall na..should search in smaller shops, should be there for sure.
ReplyDeletenever used this...but foaming cleansers are nice...hv used the himalaya neem foaming cleanser and it works great...
ReplyDeleteall these small pack sizes u will find in kirana shops or that bindi / bangle shops...i did not realise buying all big sized from malls...then i found all small pack sizes and was like wow...i can try multiple and check which works. :D
ReplyDeleteExactly Priya..they just don't seem to stock smaller sizes!
ReplyDeleteHe he..me too louu foaming face washes!! :D niceeeeeeee review!! :P
ReplyDeleteHehee..I know..take soap-wash face-clean - review over :D :D
ReplyDeleteRADSSSS..lets go together and meet MC!! :D :D what say? Priyaaaaaaa...you in? :P
ReplyDeleteAnd I'll pick up Mehr ..and ask him how to apply this so that my lips look beautiful!! :silly: he he he!!
ReplyDeleteI don't know if I will be here though that time Cali..am going to be out of station some time..
ReplyDeleteAnd you can ask the same for dual concealer..and its correct application. I will also join in..yayeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhhhhh.... :( You wont be here on Jan 25th?
ReplyDeleteoh but 25th is tuesday..grrrrrrrrr,....couldn't he come on jan 26th? :(
ReplyDeleteNo idea actually is all vague planning..
ReplyDeleteAnd its not weekend so I don't know..I am not that keen on taking an auto and going till there..and then will have to come back on my own only later..sooo :(
ReplyDelete:)
ReplyDeleteWhen are you all going?
ReplyDeleteme thinking thinking.....tue looks like it will be pretty crowded...wed is holiday and a safer bet...but dont know..its so close to my office...i could just do a round and check it out...u cmg????
ReplyDeletewhere u going ...tell telll
ReplyDeleteIs very undecided..as it is vague plans..might not be here..but if I am here..I will have to go there on my own..and come back on my own..hubby has office naaa...and he would definitely push me into the first pond he sees if I ask him to take me to MAC anyway..:( It would have been much better if it was morning rather than evening..
ReplyDeleteYou didnt tell me where you WENT!
ReplyDeletehehe...me went to Mahabalipuram...cm i will take you....wed morn ??? u will not believe but i had a big fight with my hubby on my dependency on him for travel in blr !!! :|
ReplyDeleteI think the collection itself launches earlier Priya..He will be there on 25..but the collection launches 22
ReplyDeletehaan !!!! i forgot !!! ok..so 22nd it is...its ok if i skip meeting him...
ReplyDeletefoaming clenasers leave my skin dry n stretchy..same thg was with ponds..i like gel ones..like himalaya..neem 1 is my HG...
ReplyDeleteThe gel-based ones never suit me..my current favorite in the drugstore brands is Olay - but hardly anyone else seems to like it :D
ReplyDeletehi rads!! :(
ReplyDeleteand hi priya!!
ReplyDeletesomehow i cant bring myself to try this brand... :(
ReplyDeletehey rads, i love olay.... have used the anti ageing thing with great results....
