Our exclusive Paris Amour is a dreamy blend of French tulips, apple blossoms and sparkling pink champagne, inspired by a romantic stroll through the streets of Paris.
This is a newly launched product at Bath and Body Works, and I picked up the smaller size bottle to try out. The packaging is simple with a convenient cap for dispensing the product - no struggling with the cap trying to open the bottle.
This pale pink lotion has a floral, sweet fragrance without too many strong notes to it. I have not smelled any of the fragrances mentioned as the key notes in this lotion, but this is a winning combination. Also, since the fragrance is not too overpowering, it won't clash with any perfume that I choose to wear, though I think citrusy smells might not be the best combination. This absorbs fast and the moisturization lasts about 8 hours - a perfect daytime moisturizer. I do think this is more of a fragranced lotion, and therefore, my hands and feet which require heavy-duty moisturization would still continue to rely on a body butter/hand cream type of nourishing cream.
Cost: $3.50/59 mL (available now for $1.00). The entire line will be available in store and online from August 13, 2011.
