Hoo Needs An Owl?

A while back, the owl pendant started off as the must-have fashion accessory, and while I liked the pendant, it was just not something that could work for me. A couple of days back, I found this ring at Sears. Really late, but I finally found an owl I can use.

  7. So cute :) You know the owl design is still in fashion. Seems to show up every few months at various stores. To wear the owl necklace, you could get something that's a bit long. Basically it should sit below your breastbone. Here are some examples:

This type of necklace - the statement ones - I think they work for most people and I'm very sure they will look good on you :) You can try it with a 3/4 sleeved black round neck top or one of those flowy blouses that have elastic hems.

  9. Thanks for the links, Fieran..yup that's exactly how those pendants ought to be worn. Problem for me is, the pendant would rest on my tummy/waist level and that's one area I should have an invisibility cloak on all the time :((

    Shalini - ya I know!!! I am like finallllllyyyyyyyyyyyyy..got it..thank gooooodness :D :D

  10. Aww Amrita..that's so sweet of you! Thank you :) As far as tutorials go, right now am not really sure what I would write to make up something like a post on this topic - but the one really simple, basic things that would make a HUGE difference would be to use natural lighting as much as possible. And err..avoid cellphones for photography - yes, a lot of smartphones take excellent photos, but generally, cellphones are best used for making calls :D

Nitika - I guess that's the problem with trends..we all get bored after a while and things go into cold storage :D
