Lush brings out a lot of products just for the holidays, and the
Snowcake soap is one of them. It's a creamy white soap with a smell that is a delicious combination of almonds and roses without being overly sweet. I have used the
Smitten hand cream (review here), and this does smell quite similar. The soap gives a soft lather and washes off easily. Among all the Lush soaps I have tried, the ones that are released around winter are easily the most moisturizing - okay, well not moisturizing, more like least drying - and Snowcake is no exception. I can even skip moisturizing once in a while and not look like my skin got an ash dusting. As with all Lush soaps, the
Snowcake soap needs to be kept out of water and dry when not being used or it will melt away faster than a snowflake :D
Ingredients: Water, Propylene Glycol, Rapeseed Oil, Coconut Oil, Helianthus annuus, Sodium Stearate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Hydroxide, Titanium Dioxide, Benzoin Resinoid, Rose Absolute, Cassie Absolute, Sodium Chloride, Glycerine, EDTA, Tetrasodium Editronate, Benzyl Benzoate.
