Que Bella Cucumber Peel-Off Face Mask (where to buy) - $2 (I think :P)
Our aim is to take the finest ingredients that nature has to offer and turn them into wonderful body-care products, that are really effective, a delight to use and affordable for everyone as an everyday treat. The Que Bella Cucumber face peel is enriched with natural cucumber and witch hazel extracts - let it remove dead cells and tone your face for a deep, soothing clean.
I discovered the Que Bella range of face masks (and a few other bath and beauty products) during one of my travels through the Target beauty aisles. What set them apart is that all the products are packed in single-use (maybe 2 uses at most) sachets which made them perfect to try out :D I had tried the yummy Que Bella Chocolate Mask before - really good - so decided to pick up the peel-off Cucumber version to try out this time.
To start off, peel-off masks are my favorite masks, so this mask was already a winner before I ever tried it. Like most peel-off masks, this starts of as a gel-like liquid - a clear green colour. I cleanse my face and apply the mask in a not-too-thin layer. Wait for about 20 minutes until the mask feels dry to touch. Peel off. It really is as easy as that!
Here what I like/dislike about the Que Bella Cucumber Peel-Off Face Mask
- I didn't have any burning or irritation with this mask. Easy to apply and easy to remove. Holding your skin taut with one hand while peeling the mask off helps with easier removal. I wash off any remaining bits with cold water (contrary to the warm water recommended, but that's just my preference).
- With peel-off masks, I believe they work because at the very least they do a good job of removing any dull skin on the surface. With this mask too, my face feel much fresher and healthier.
- I like the single-use sachet concept and that it's inexpensively priced. However, the mask is a little runny and I made a mess while applying it. Maybe, if you cut a really small hole in the sachet it would be easier to apply. I get only one application from one sachet, mostly because I drop a lot of the mask while trying to get it on :P
