The Korres Goddess Beauty Collections promises flawless glowing skin with luxurious lashes and glossy lips and includes 4 key products to help achieve this look, all generously sized and beautifully packaged.  Here's a look at each of the products in this collection, starting with the primer.

Korres Quercetin & Oak Face Primer

Claims: Wrinkle smoothing, skin-perfecting, silicone-free, antiaging.

The Korres Quercetin & Oak face primer is a thin, lotion-like primer with a faint fruity smell. It's easy to apply and feels quite moisturizing going on. It leaves a slight sheen soon after applying, but after about 5 to 10 minutes, it dries to an almost matte finish - I say almost because while the sheen goes off, it doesn't go totally dull and dry like how the typical matte finishes are. My skin does feel and look smoother, and my foundation goes on much better over this. Not used this long enough to comment on the antiaging claims, but it's a light, comfortable primer that doesn't irritate my skin.

Korres Magic Light Contouring Face Trio in Santorini

The Korres Magic Light Face Contouring Powder Trio comes beautifully packaged in a compact decked out in a sunset beach scene with contouring trio on one side and a generously sized mirror on the other.  The trio includes a darker contouring shade, a lighter shade that would well as a soft blush, and a highlighting powder.  The powders are all very smooth, and while there is fine shimmer present in the product, the overall effect is a subtle sheen rather than any visible shimmer particles.

I find the packaging and design of the controuring powder absolutely beautiful - and the shades beautifully coordinated too.  On my darker skin tone, the colors are very subtle, and almost lost when it comes to being picked up by the camera, but it in real life the effect is just perfect for a naturally contoured and radiant look.  The powders can also be used all swirled together for a light dusting over the face to give a soft glow.  I would recommend using a smaller brush than most regular blush/contouring brushes, though, for using this product - something like a bigger fluffy eyeshadow brush would work best - so the colours can be picked up without mixing them up (I used the blush brush came in a mini-travel set).

Korres Cherry Full Colour Gloss in Pale Pink

The Korres Cherry Full Color Gloss in Pale Pink (23) is a mauve pink color with a bit of shimmer added in.  Formulated with hydrating cherry oil, this gloss helps keep lips soft while adding a high-gloss shine.  It is moderately pigmented (for a gloss) and has a faint fruity smell to it.

The is a nice lip gloss in terms of the formulation - nondrying and adding a shine with subtle shimmer - no large chunks of glitter here - but a milky pale pink isn't the best pick for my skin tone.  I would have preferred a peach shade, but I can see this working beautifully for a lot of people, especially if your lips aren't as pigmented as mine, and when paired with darker eye makeup.

Korres Volcanic Minerals Volumizing Mascara

The Korres Volcanic Minerals Volumizing mascara claims to derive it's black pigments from volcanic minerals for the deepest, darkest color and has added natural waxes and extracts to help strengthen the lashes.  I found this to be quite a dark mascara that goes on easily without any clumping or flaking to give naturally darkened and lengthened-looking lashes.  I didn't see any dramatic increase in terms of volume, but it definitely does make my lashes look thicker and darker.

And here's me - I have used the Korres Quercetin & Oak face primer under my regular foundation (Chanel Perfection Lumiere), used the Korres Magic Light Contouring Trio over my cheeks (the two darker shades) and a slight dusting over the nose, and the Korres Cherry Lip gloss in Pale Pink used after I evened out my lips slightly with a rose-brown lipliner.
