Burberry Lip Velvet Long Wear Lipstick in Redwood No. 304 (available here) - $30
Burberry innovation brings a new finish for lips: a velvety matte radiance, inspired by the most opulent of English fabrics. Iconic pigments provide incredibly dense and luminous color, gel technology gives comfortable long-wear performance, while triglycerides and wild rose continuously hydrate. The result is effortlessly elegant, protective and breathable. Apply Lip Velvet with fingertips for a natural stain of color or use with a Lip Definer Pencil for a more polished elegance. The Burberry Lip Velvet Long Wear lipsticks (swatches HERE) are among the more recent makeup launches from the brand. Following the new matte trend floating around, the Burberry Lip Velvets too are almost matte with a soft finish and a hint of shine. The texture is smooth, light, and quite comfortable on the lips. The color payoff is awesome and stays on my lips for a good 5 to 6 hours, fading only slightly through meals. Burberry Lip Velvet lipstick in Redwood No. 304 is a beautiful brownish rose color - a perfect colour for fall/winters - and I love how it warms up my face instantly despite being a darker shade. | Burberry Lip Velvet Long Wear Lipstick - Redwood - No. 304 The color is a soft rose-brown shade, though on my skin it seems to have a more of a reddish tint to it. |
| FOTD - Burberry Lip Velvet Long Wear Lipstick in Redwood Additional Makeup Used: My foundation-primer-concealer routine remains the same. Korres Quercetin and Oak Primer and Chanel Perfection Lumiere foundation for my face, Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer under my eyes, and a hint of Chanel Joues Contraste blush in Malice. For my eyes, I used Smashbox Onyx eyeliner in Black to tightline and smudge along lower lashline. Used the lighter brown from the L'Oreal Hip Duo in Shady over entire lid and the darker brown shade along the crease and lower lashline. Finished with Chanel Inimitable Mascara in Black. |

DeleteLOL!! i was *trying* to be all well mannered and shi*... but my track record is way too awesome for that !!! :D :D :D :D i should even stop trying now :P
ReplyDeletenooo... its pretty clear that your hair is different! looking super! u looking like college ki ladki now :P :P :P and how many $$$$$$$$$ did u shell out ?? my relatives get their haircut when they come to india only.. its freaking expensive there, it seems!
Hehheee..ya I know..I would too if I was here only for say 6 months, but my hair starts to look miserable in about 3 months so I don't have a choice :D As for how much I paid for, I paid a princely sum of $20...you seeeeeeeeeeeeeee...I went and got it cut at the same place my husband cut his hair ...yes yes..thank you thank you..but I tried a bunch of other places..they were quite confused by my hair and did all kinds of ridiculous things and I had decided I am just going to tie it up till I go to India. But this lady who works at the place my husband gets his haircut does an awesome layer cut - he saw a girl walk in and getting it cut - so I ran and got mine too. And ya, I couldn't believe how easily she just knew exactly what to do with my hair!!! Anddddddd $20 - I am in LOVVVVEEE with her :D :D :D :D :D
ReplyDeleteAnd my haircut not that complicated but it works for my hair so me superhappy with it :D
