Rouge Coco Shine Lipstick in Synopsis is part of the Avant-Premiere de Chanel makeup collection and is one of the new-improved Rouge Coco Shines that promise the same balmy feel of the older version but with lots more pigment packed in. Synopsis is described as a "brown rose," and it has very, very fine silver shimmer/sheen to it. The color goes on opaque and smooth with no shimmer showing up on the lips. Because the finish is so creamy and glossy, I can't really call it a frost finish either! Scroll on for photos.

I was never a fan of brown lipsticks, but Rouge Coco Shine lipstick in Synopsis just might change it for me. There is something classic about the color, and paired with a simple brown eyeshadow/liner, it would make as good an office-wear color as it would be for a casual day out shopping. I know this might not seem like a very unique color, but this definitely is dependable. I do need to touch up about every 2 hours, though, since the Rouge Coco Shines are not long-lasting lipsticks, but they do leave the lips feeling moisturized the whole day long.
