L'Occitane Vanille & Narcisse Eau de Toilette ($75) Product provided for review |
Vanille & Narcisse Eau de Toilette is part of our new collection inspired by the city of Grasse in Provence. Known by many as the fragrance capital of the world, it is here where precious ingredients from near and distant lands have been combined to create beautiful perfumes for centuries. A warm, intoxicating fragrance, the Vanille & Narcisse Eau de Toilette is discreet at first, the scent of narcissus swells to reveal a bouquet of white flowers and spicy heart accords. Rich and radiant vanilla blends with the wilder, untamed notes of narcissus to give it its spirit.
L'Occitane Vanille and Narcisse Eau de Toilette is a warm rich fragrance that seems perfect for the cooler fall months. The opening notes are warm and spicy notes with hints of floral notes mixed in as the fragrance settles into the skin. There is a hint of sweetness from the vanilla but overall there is a well-rounded sophistication to the perfume. This is a pretty long-lasting scent too with hints of the fragrance staying on my skin until the end of the day. This is a slightly heavier fragrance than what I would typically wear, but there is just something rich and almost delicious about it, and this is currently my favorite perfume to wear for a day at home. Do give this a try if you like warm and spicy fragrances especially around this time of the year.

I have tried only solid perfumes from L'Occitane ! Warm Spicy notes are really not my kind :(
ReplyDeleteDo you like Lush soaps or massage bars? This smells kind of similar - the same warm sweet notes. I love those, but my friend claims she gets a headache whenever she goes anywhere near one :P :D
DeleteI have just smelled them at the stores.. :(
